Aramid Cord Reinforcement – Built for Extreme Power
Unlike standard V-belts, the PowerPlus 2 features aramid (Kevlar®) tensile cords, delivering superior tensile strength, no elongation, and resistance to high dynamic loads. This results in x2 the power transmission capacity compared to the original PowerPlus with polyester cord—without increasing belt size or system footprint.

Aramid Fiber-Loaded EPDM – Strength from Within
Our proprietary EPDM rubber matrix is now reinforced with aramid fibers, providing increased structural stability, wear resistance, and exceptional heat tolerance. This hybrid compound enhances both static and dynamic behavior, allowing for longer service life, smoother performance, and resistance to temperatures from -40°C to +140°C peak +150°C.

Reverse Molded Cogs – Grip, Efficiency, Endurance
