Based on the latest rubber technology advanced materials, MOVENDIS designed a Timing Belt with extreme power rating capability.
With higher temperature resistance up to +140°C, as well as the lowest temperature resistance down to -40°C, it represents the largest temperature range capability.
Test and approved the superior longevity, spefications to performance, and uptime operating running.
Thanks to the superior features, the MOVENDIS PowerPlus 2 can be used in replacement of PowerPlus or standard with and advantageous reduction of the width of belt thanks to greater power rating capability, thus the overall reduction of weight of drive is ligther as pulleys are also downsided.
With rubber formulated in USA or in Germany, based on EPDM rubber (ethylene propylene diene monomer) , it combines the very best in technology and construction design to give improved performance and extended product life.
Alike our standard rubber Timing Belt, the glass fiber cord produced in Japan, has been specialy designed for maximum bonding with EPDM rubber backing and teeth.

STRUCTURE DETAILS:

Rubber teeth and backing:
Formulated in USA backing and teeth rubber is based on a high performance eco-friendly EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) elastomer high-torque synchronous belt.
They are precisely formed and accurately spaced to assure smooth meshing with the sprocket grooves.

Tensile cord:
Coming from Japan, our extreme performant glass fiber cord, is perfectly bonded to the EPDM rubber, and deliver no stretch, high strenght.

Fabric facing:
Provides high strength, excellent flex life and high resistance to elongation.
