Manufactured using a high-strength thermoset chloroprene rubber compound formulated in Germany and reinforced with glass fiber cords produced in Japan, the PowerPlus SF offers +30% higher torque transmission capacity than our standard rubber timing belt range. Its performance is further enhanced by aramid fiber integrated directly into the rubber, ensuring exceptional wear resistance and tooth pitch stability.

STRUCTURE DETAILS
Rubber teeth and backing:
Produced in Germany using a premium chloroprene (CR) rubber matrix reinforced with aramid fibers, delivering superior power transmission, wear resistance, and environmental protection. Special formulation ensures silicone-free certification, suitable for painting applications.

Tensile cord:
S+Z twisted glass fiber cords from Japan, monitored for orientation and uniformity, provide high strength, flexibility, and zero elongation—ensuring long-term tracking accuracy.

Fabric facing:
A specially-treated, durable nylon fabric on the tooth surface. It ensures low friction, excellent wear resistance, and silent engagement. The fabric also contributes to extended belt life in high-speed and high-load environments.
