Movendis PTFE adhesive tapes are high-performance composite materials developed by coating a fiberglass base fabric with PTFE emulsion, which is then thermally cured to create a PTFE-coated glass fiber cloth. This substrate is then bonded with a heat-resistant silicone adhesive, producing a versatile tape with exceptional durability and functionality.
The result is a smooth, non-stick surface with excellent chemical resistance, high-temperature stability, and outstanding insulation properties. These tapes are perfectly suited for industrial sealing, packaging, surface protection, and electrical insulation applications requiring long-lasting and precise performance.

Chemical Resistance
PTFE coatings from Movendis are highly resistant to strong acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and aqua regia, ensuring safe performance in aggressive environments.
Thermal Resistance
Thermally stable from -100°C to +260°C continuous, Movendis PTFE fabrics maintain their performance even through rapid transitions between freezing and baking conditions, without deformation or degradation.
Non-Stick Surface
The ultra-smooth PTFE surface prevents adhesion from materials such as resins, glues, dyes, paints, plastics, sugar, and more. These substances release cleanly once cured, crosslinked, or heated—ensuring easy cleaning and reduced downtime.
Self-Lubricating
Featuring a very low coefficient of friction, these materials offer excellent sliding properties, especially under pressure—ideal for friction-reducing applications.
Electrical Insulation & UV Resistance
PTFE products deliver excellent dielectric properties (permittivity: 2.6, dielectric loss < 0.0025), are UV resistant, and include antistatic options, making them ideal for electrical and high-voltage environments.
