STRUCTURE DETAILS:

Belt body:
Based on high-performance HNBR elastomer, the belt body is designed with unique cross-linking to reinforce tooth rigidity and durability.
It ensures high flex fatigue resistance, chemical stability, and excellent performance across a wide temperature range, up to +140°C.

Tensile cord:
Made of 100% carbon fiber, the cord structure offers exceptional dimensional stability, with no stretch under load.
The dual S & Z spiral design ensures neutral tracking and optimal meshing accuracy for quieter and smoother operation.

Tooth facing fabric:
A special high-strength fabric is bonded to the teeth to provide high shear resistance and torque transfer.
Its low-friction coating enhances sprocket life and efficiency, while also offering antistatic and self-lubricating properties.
