It combines the very best in technology and construction design to give improved performance and extended product life.
Alike our standard rubber Timing Belt, this belt is based on Chloroprene raw material formulated in Germany and glass fiber cord produced in Japan.
More, the rubber Timing Belt MOVENDIS PowerPlus is enriched with aramid fiber into the rubber, our Timing Belt offers both tooth pitch matching and high wear resistance.
We have not compromise noise for extra power rating delivered by our PowerPlus Timing Belt; indeed the operating noise comparison with standard curvilinear Timing Belt is excellent.
Our MOVENDIS are build up for working very quietly, features perfect gearing with pulley thanks to perfect ptich profile and thus can be used for low noise level applications.

The tooth design substantially improves stress distribution and allows extra high loading. The molded teeth enter and leave the sprocket grooves smoothly with negligible friction—functioning in much the same way as teeth on a gear.

STRUCTURE DETAILS:

Rubber teeth and backing;
Prepared in Germany our special rubber compound chloroprene (CR) is loaded with Aramid fiber mixed in the rubber to deliver superior power transmission capability.
This strong chloroprene is bonded to the tensile cord for protection against grime, oil and moisture.
They are precisely formed and accurately spaced to assure smooth meshing with the sprocket grooves.

Tensile cord:
Designed and manufactured in Japan, our high strength glass fiber, both S and Z orientated monitored by computer, will ensure perfect belt tracking, keep dimensional stability and flexibility with no elongation.

Fabric facing
Provides high strength, excellent flex life and high resistance to elongation.
A layer of specially-treated high strength fiberglass tensile cord ensures excellent flex life and provides a high resistance to elongation.
This gives the belt the high strength which allows for the high load capacity.
Special thickness of 1.25 for a tough nylon fabric with a low coefficient of friction thru surfaces of the teeth, ensuring protection and durable wearing for long services.
