The Movendis PowerPlus Banded is a premium raw edge, molded cogged kraftband composed of multiple high-performance PowerPlus belts, securely joined by a reinforced industrial-grade cover band. This compact, homogeneous structure delivers exceptional tension stability, vibration control, and maximum load handling capacity—all in one tightly integrated belt system.
With its reverse-molded cog profile, EPDM + fiber-reinforced rubber compound, and low-stretch tensile cord, this kraftband is the perfect solution for high-output drives, small pulley diameters, and long center distances where conventional belts struggle.

STRUCTURE & MATERIALS
Cover Band: High-strength, wear-resistant industrial textile provides firm lateral stability and prevents belt rollover in demanding multibelt setups
Rubber Base: Advanced EPDM compound, reinforced with aramid or cotton/nylon fibers, offering superior heat, oil, and abrasion resistance
Tensile Cord: Standard stiff polyester, with optional aramid for extreme performance; ensures low stretch, high tensile strength, and perfect tracking
Insulation Filler: Enhances cord bonding and overall flexibility, making it suitable for high-speed, compact, or reverse-bending drives
Cog Profile: Reverse-molded for low stress, high-efficiency grip, and smooth engagement on small pulley diameters
