PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Movendis Open Ended belts are engineered for high-performance linear motion and synchronous conveying systems.
Manufactured in precision-molded thermoplastic polyurethane, they ensure exceptional dimensional stability and reliable performance even under demanding conditions.
The addition of nylon fabric on the tooth surface and/or backing significantly improves running characteristics and surface behavior, especially in conveying applications.
Optional polyurethane layers can be applied on the conveying side to enhance impact resistance and provide extra protection against heavy or abrasive materials.

The belts incorporate high-resistance S+Z parallel steel cords that deliver outstanding traction, minimal elongation, high breaking loads, and excellent flexibility. Steel is our standard reinforcement, though other specialized grades are also available for lifting, positioning, and specific conveying applications.

Standard roll lengths are 50 or 100 meters with a tolerance of ±1%. The belts are oil- and grease-resistant, and offer moderate resistance to certain acids and alkalis.
They support linear speeds up to 70 m/s, with superior abrasion resistance for long-lasting performance.

CHEMICAL FEATURES:
• Strong resistance to aging, hydrolysis, UV exposure, and ozone
• Operating temperature range: -25°C to +80°C (13°F to +176°F), with short-term peaks up to 110°C (230°F)
• Excellent resistance to oils, greases, and fats
• Moderate resistance to a wide range of acids and alkalis

OPEN LENGTH BELTS:
Produced in continuous lengths, Movendis Open Ended belts are reinforced with S+Z twisted cords in a parallel configuration, ensuring excellent tracking and minimal elongation.
Standard roll lengths are 50 or 100 meters, with custom sizes available upon request.
