The Movendis PowerPlus is a high-performance raw edge, molded cogged V-belt, designed for maximum power transmission efficiency, extended service life, and operation under extreme conditions. Engineered using advanced materials and precision molding, it offers +40% power capacity compared to conventional V-belts, while enabling compact drive systems, even with very small pulley diameters.
Its reverse-molded cog profile ensures perfect grip and abrasion resistance. Built for speed, flexibility, and endurance, Movendis PowerPlus is ideally suited for high-speed machinery, compact industrial drives, and low-diameter pulleys, offering unmatched performance and noise/vibration absorption.
STRUCTURE & MATERIALS
Rubber Compound: Made from EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber mixed with Cotton/Nlyon fiber, which offers superior temperature resistance from -40°C to +140°C peak +150°C, chemical stability, and high dynamic strength.
Tensile Cord: Specially bonded low-stretch polyester cord, delivering high tensile strength and exceptional longitudinal stability. Optional aramid cord available upon request.
Cover Fabric: A multi-layered cotton industrial wrap ensures perfect tension adhesion, resistance to abrasion, and supports smooth, low-noise operation.
Insulation Filler: Enhances cord bonding and improves overall belt flexibility, even in high-speed, reverse-bending configurations.
